We're back :(
We had so much fun in Cyprus.
On Monday we celebrated "Green Monday." It is a movable feast that occurs at the beginning of the 7th week before Orthodox Easter Sunday.
On Tuesday we had an Opening Ceremony and ice breaking activities. In the evening we were in The Mall of Cyprus.
On Wednesday we had a workshops (Weebly and Geogebra). After that the students and teachers were taught how to dance Greek and Cypriot dances. We learned how to make a robot using Lego blocks. Then we had a trip to the old city of Nicosia and in the evening we went to D'avila. We sat together, laughed and had a good time.
On Thursday we had workshops again. Then we drove to Kyperounta, a village of Troodos mountains, we had lunch and Orienteering at Adventure Mountain Park.
After that we made a surprise birthday party for Karolina.
On Friday we completed our Weebly webpages and we presented it at a Closing Ceremony. Then we danced "Zorbas" in the School yard. After that we got our Certificates and we had a Farewell Party at school.
On Saturday we had a very long day. We had a trip to Limassol and Paphos. We visited Archeological site of Kourion.
After that we had a Farewell Party. We cried, cuddled, laughed and enjoyed our last moments in Cyprus.
On Sunday we were sad that we had to leave our "Cypriot Families."
We're grateful that we could be with you.
